1. Practice settings
Load once, then again when something changesFairload needs to know your vets, job types and farms. Edit them on screen below, or load them from one spreadsheet with four tabs: Practice, Vets, Job types and Farms. Edit it in Excel or Google Sheets (in Google Sheets: File → Download → Microsoft Excel), then load it here.
Edit your settings
Change anything here. No spreadsheet needed.Add or change vets, job types and farms, then press Save changes. Fairload checks everything, saves it on this computer and re-checks the loaded diary.
2. Load the diary
Each morningExport the diary from your practice system (for example Vetlink) as Excel or CSV, or export the vets’ Google Calendars, and load it here. Include today and the next few days, so jobs can be moved to a later day. The file stays on this computer: nothing is uploaded anywhere, and the diary is cleared when you close the page.
Match the columns
Tell the tool which column holds what. It has guessed where it can. The right-hand column shows the first row, so you can check.
